Water is the universal solvent and is the key to life.
Water is the medium for all metabolic functions. If you do not drink at least 8-10, 8 oz. glasses of water a day you could be headed for trouble.
Water plays a role in the following:

2. Maintains blood pressure
3. Joint lubrication
4. Blood manufacturing

6. Controls body temperature

These are but a few listed. The body needs pure fresh water each and every day. Without it the toxins produced in the body stay in the body and causes stress and disease.
You lose water from your lungs, kidneys, bowels, and skin as they purify your system.
Also an important source up and above the 8-10, 8oz glasses of water a day, is eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetable contain more than 70% organic water. Organic water has incredible healing properties.
18 Billion pounds of new pollutants and chemicals are released into our atmosphere, soil and groundwater. The pollution is so great scientist and government are at a loss to keep up.
With the contamination leaching into wells and city water supplies, it would be a word to the wise to invest in a water purification unit. By, law, bottled water need be no cleaner than tap water. Without pure water the body cannot clean and purify itself.
Don’t assume that the water coming out of your well or tap water is safe.
