As we enter the new millennium, our ideas about the human body, aging, mental illness, and preventive healthcare is undergoing a dramatic shift, opening possibilities for unprecedented health, vitality, and longevity.
We believe through awareness and education leads to empowerment. Through this education and awareness, it tells us that times have changed, but the requirements of the human body is the same. This is to say, that if we are not eating at least 75% of our foods uncooked,and unprocessed, you could be headed for trouble. Cooking reduces vitamin, mineral, and enzymes to an inferior form of nutrition.
In today’s time with the advent of processed foods, we have taken the nutrients out of our foods and think we can turn around and put synthetic one’s back in. Also, if not adding insult to injury, we grow our foods in soil that contain little or no nutrients and blast them with nitrogen from petro-chemicals, producing eye appealing sterile foods.
